Myrna Prendes

Operations Manager

Myrna Prendes has called Las Vegas home for over 40 years. She began her hospitality career at The Mirage in 1992 and quickly advanced into various managerial roles across the industry, including positions in Food & Beverage, Pool Operations, and Front Desk at MGM Grand properties, Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino, and Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa.

Myrna later became Director of Food & Beverage at Plaza Hotel & Casino, where she played a key role during a major property renovation. In addition to overseeing Food & Beverage operations, she also served as Director of Entertainment, managing seven bars, pool operations, and catering. She was responsible for employee scheduling, inventory control, order fulfillment, and staffing, while also overseeing all entertainment across the property, including the showroom, DJs, and live lounge bands.

In 2017, Myrna joined Palms Casino Resort as Director of Beverage, where she organized, planned, and directed hotel bar operations while working closely with executive leadership during the properties rebrand. In 2020, she was promoted to Assistant General Manager of Scotch 80 Prime, overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.

Today, Myrna serves as Operations Manager at Barry’s Downtown Prime, where she brings decades of hospitality experience and leadership to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
